1Product Specifications
Q: What plant extracts do you supply?
A: We mainly supply EGCG Green Tea Extract, Curcuminoids, Ashwagandha Extract, Tongkat Ali Extract and other herbal raw extracts with standard purity grades. Customized content specifications are acceptable.
Q: What is the shelf life of your herbal extracts?
A: 2 years under sealed storage in cool, dry conditions, away from high temperature, humidity and direct sunlight.
Q: What physical form are your products?
A: All regular goods are fine powder. We support mesh customization including 80 mesh, 100 mesh and 200 mesh as required.
2Sample & MOQ
Q: Can I get free samples?
A: Small samples of 10-50g are free of charge, while international shipping fees need to be covered by the buyer.
Q: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: Standard MOQ is 25KG. Small trial orders for new customers are negotiable.
Q: How fast can you send out samples?
A: Samples will be arranged within 2 working days once we receive the shipping cost. Delivery takes 3-7 working days via DHL / FedEx.
3Certification & Quality Testing
Q: What certificates can you provide?
A: We can provide COA (Certificate of Analysis), MSDS Safety Data Sheet, ISO9001, HALAL, KOSHER documents. Our products fully meet EU & US food-grade standards.
Q: How do you control product quality?
A: Every batch will pass internal HPLC testing before delivery. Third-party inspection is available upon your request.
Q: Are your extracts compliant with FDA and European import regulations?
A: Yes. Our raw materials conform to FDA rules and EU food additive standards, widely used in food and dietary supplement industries.

Q: What is your regular payment term?
A: Standard term: 30% deposit for production arrangement, the remaining balance to be paid against the copy of Bill of Lading. More flexible terms can be discussed for long-term cooperating clients.
Q: Who will bear intermediate bank charges?
A: All intermediate bank handling fees incurred during remittance are borne by the buyer. We will offer complete official bank account information for smooth transfer.
Q: Is direct credit card payment supported?
A: Credit card payment can be completed through the PayPal gateway. Offline direct credit card payment is not available temporarily.

Q: Which shipping methods can I choose?
A: We offer 4 mature solutions based on order weight, budget and delivery schedule:
International Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT) — Suitable for samples and orders under 100kg, door-to-door delivery in 3-7 working days.
Air Freight — For 100kg to 500kg medium cargo, airport pickup or door delivery within 5-10 days.
Sea Freight (LCL / FCL) — Perfect for bulk orders over 500kg with the most cost-effective price. Transit time is 20-40 days depending on destination.
Railway Transport — Mainly for Europe, Russia and Central Asia, stable schedule, cheaper than air freight and faster than sea freight.

Q: Who is responsible for shipping fees?
A: Freight cost is calculated according to weight, volume, destination and transport method, borne by the buyer. We will quote the latest real-time freight price for you.
Q: How long is the production lead time before shipment?
A: In-stock standard products can be shipped within 1-3 working days. Custom purity or compound formula orders need 7-15 working days for production.
Q: Can you arrange door-to-door delivery?
A: Yes. Express and air shipping support door-to-door service. For sea transport, we can arrange local warehouse delivery as requested.
Q: What customs clearance documents will you provide?
A: Complete documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Air Waybill, COA, MSDS and qualification certificates will be provided for smooth import customs declaration.
Q: How to solve goods damage during transportation?
A: We adopt reinforced food-grade export packaging to prevent breakage. If damage is caused by logistics, we will fully assist you to claim compensation from the logistics provider.

A: Definitely. We can adjust active ingredient content and mix compound formulas strictly following your requirements.
Q: How do you handle quality inconsistency or defective goods?
A: Once quality problems are confirmed on our side, we support re-production, product replacement or corresponding compensation solutions.
Q: Can I get long-term professional technical support?
A: Yes, we provide permanent free technical consultation including raw material application, formula suggestion and usage guidance for all partners.
