• We only supply raw powder materials, including plant extract powder, peptide lyophilized powder, and related bulk ingredients.
• We do NOT provide secondary processing services, including but not limited to capsule filling, tableting, liquid formulation, sterilization processing, sterile packaging, finished product manufacturing, or consumer end-product production.
• We do not offer customized sterile-grade raw material processing, and all standard products are non-sterile industrial/food grade raw materials.
• No medical treatment, disease-curing function, or clinical effect is promised or guaranteed for any product listed on the website.

The official transaction standard shall be based on the formal Proforma Invoice (PI), sales contract, and batch COA documents issued by our company.

• All prices displayed on the website are for reference only and are not final transaction prices.
• Final pricing is determined according to product purity, order quantity, delivery term, payment method, and real-time market fluctuation.
• We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time without prior notice.
• No price adjustment request or price compensation will be accepted after the official PI is issued and confirmed by the buyer.

• We provide small free samples (10g–50g) of most raw materials.
• Buyer is responsible for all international shipping costs and freight fees for sample orders.
• Sample delivery time, transit loss, and customs clearance risks are borne by the buyer.
• Sample testing data is for reference only; bulk shipment quality shall prevail for formal orders.

All formal transactions shall be subject to the official sales contract or Proforma Invoice confirmed by both parties.

• MOQ: The minimum order quantity follows the official quotation standard of each product.
• Production Lead Time: In-stock goods will be shipped within 1–3 working days; customized products will be shipped within 7–15 working days.
• Once production is arranged, order cancellation is not allowed unless agreed by both parties. Unilateral cancellation will result in corresponding material loss compensation.

We support multiple international payment methods, including T/T Bank Transfer, Western Union, PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Large-volume long-term orders can negotiate L/C terms.

The standard payment term is 30% deposit for production, 70% balance paid against the copy of Bill of Lading.

• We provide DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight, sea freight, and railway transportation solutions according to customer needs.
• All freight costs, insurance fees, customs duties, import taxes, and local clearance fees are borne entirely by the buyer.
• We are responsible for providing complete export documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COA, MSDS, and customs declaration documents.
• Any problems arising from the buyer’s local import policy, customs inspection, detention, or return shall be borne by the buyer.
• Transportation damage claims shall be handled by the logistics company; we will provide full assistance for claim materials.

• All products are strictly tested by HPLC before shipment, and each batch is accompanied by an official COA quality certificate.
• Third-party testing is acceptable if requested by the buyer before shipment.
• If confirmed as our quality problem, we support re-production, replacement, or refund according to the actual situation.
• We do not undertake quality responsibility for problems caused by buyer’s improper storage, improper use, secondary processing, formula mixing, or violation of local usage standards.

All products sold on this website are industrial raw materials and food additive raw materials and are only used for commercial formula research, production, and industrial processing.

This website may contain third-party website links for customer convenience. We have no control over third-party website content, privacy policies, or service rules. We are not responsible for any risks, losses, or disputes caused by users accessing third-party links.

Users agree not to:

• Use this website for illegal, illegal trading, or prohibited industry activities
